думаю причина не в провайдре (разные пробывал)
но интернет иногда просто перестаёт работать (обычно с 16 часов никуда нельзя зайти), когда в другое время он работает отлично.
раньше такого не было

Есть простой способ проверить, где причина - команда ping. И думать не надо...

Пропишите её в свойствах модема в Windows, и жизнь должна наладиться
