Давайте попробуем избавиться от перетренировок, инициированных удалённым модемом. Для этого ограничьте скорость передачи (т.е. скорость приёма удалённого модема:

и покажите, что получается в статистике.

В этой статистике всё очень неплохо. Осталось "навести глянец", а именно:

1. Возможно, мы слишком сильно ограничили скорость передачи (до 14400 бит/с), такие же результаты можно было бы получить и при более высокой скорости. Вам нужно "нащупать" границу, выше которой удалённый модем начнёт запрашивать перетренировки и пересогласования скорости (поднимайте порог ограничения 14400->16800->19200).

2. Нужно увеличить скорость начального соединения. Добавьте к строке инициализации команду S17=64:

S17=64 +MS=,0,28000,,,,14400
