Начните с обновления микропрограммы. Свежая версия - 2.26.

После этого пропишите в строку инициализации команды:

S91=15 S210.7=1 S55.4=1 S17=64

и пересоберите статистику.

прошивку обновил после ввода встроку иниц. S91=15 S210.7=1 S55.4=1 S17=64 скорость соединения 46.6 - 48, у меня обычнно до 46.6

В Вашем случае нет смысла бороться за высокую скорость начального соединения, поскольку оптимальная скорость - 46667 бит/с (посмотрите на параметр Last Rx rate в статистике). Следовательно, чем выше будет скорость начального соединения, тем дольше модем будет "спускаться" до оптимальной скорости и следовательно, тем больше будут потери в первые 1-2 минуты сеанса связи.
