сначала я снял простую статистику (статистика-1), и для проверки, еще одну(статистика-2), потом использовал команду S91=18 S210.7=1 S55.4=1 S202.3=1 S17=48 , обновил прошивку до 2.26 поставил дрова под xp (были 2000 на win xp) и снял (статистику-3). Подскажите, можно ли еще что нибудь выжать по скорости???

Если отбросить вторую статистику (слишком короткое соединение), то станет очевидным, что Ваш модем стремится к скорости приёма 46667 бит/с, на которой он себя прекрасно чувствует и может оставаться неограниченно долго. Думаем, что это и есть оптимальная скорость для Вашей линии.
Разница между 1-й и 3-й статистикой лишь в том, что в первом случае модем "зашёл" на оптимальную скорость "снизу" (45333->46667). а в третьем - "сверху" (48000->46667).
По большому счёту, улучшать Вам нечего. Можно чуть понизить агрессивность модема (S17=48 заменить на S17=52), чтобы модем почаще сразу же попадал на 46667 бит/с, но при длительном соединении (5 и более минут) разница несущественна. _________________ Inpro
