Доброго времени суток!
Ситуация такова: при соединении по протоколу v90 конект крайне неустойчивый и не живет дольше 3-5 минут. Если же соединение на v34 то скорость как правило низкая, правда достаточно стабильный коннект, может держаться более суток.
Можно-ли что-то сделать чтобы хотя бы немного улучшить ситуацию?

Есть просьба (ко всем присутствующим): если есть необходимость показать несколько статистик, длинный журнал и т.п. - архивируйте ZIP или RAR и присылайте на support@inpro.us.com. Характерные места мы сами выложим на всеобщее обозрение. Длинные статистики делают тему малопригодной для чтения
Теперь по существу вопроса. Нормально работать на V.90 на Вашей линии малореально. Поэтому нужно его с самого начала запретить и работать на V.34.
Для начала обновите микропрограмму в модеме (поставьте 2.24 или 2.25 бета). Затем пропишите такую строку инициализации (это в свойствах модема в Windows):
S91=15 S210.7=1 S17=64 +MS=11,,,,,,21600 _________________ Inpro
